Responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to Accounting Department personnel and their internal and external customers. Maintains accounting document files. Data entry of accounting information into various software programs. Coordination and distribution of Accounting Department mail. Assists accounting personnel as requested and assigned. |
| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for billing and maintenance of Homeowner accounts.
• Responsible for professionally dealing with Sundance customers, both internal and external, to answer questions in person, through written correspondence or over the phone.
• Assist the Accounts Payable clerk with duties including data input, filing, check preparation, purchase order maintenance, discrepancy resolution, vendor relations, account reconciliation and cash deposits.
• Assist with daily resort accounting including data input, filing, account reconciliation and problem solving.
• Assist with the requisition and billing of office supplies for Sundance Resort.
• Assist as needed and assigned with month end, quarterly and year end closings.
• Assist with the research and resolution of credit card chargebacks.
• Responsible for speedy and accurate distribution of Accounting Department mail and faxes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to handle deadline stress and keep all Sundance information confidential.

Support and participate in environmental programs associated with position: minimizing waste, recycling, energy conservation, purchase and use of sustainable products, education on environmental ethic, support vendors with similar ethic, decrease pollution levels, minimize the use of toxic chemicals, restore wild life habitats.
DRESS CODE
Sundance recognizes the impact that our image has on the guest’s impression of the resort and the perception of our ability to provide professional service to our clientele. In order to best promote a positive, professional image that meets Sundance guest’s expectations, employees are required to dress in a professional, conservative fashion that is appropriate for their area. Please use the following as a minimum standard.
All aspects of the Personal Appearance policy (SPL#50) must be in compliance.
Employees are required to wear nametags at all times while on duty.
Clothing must be unwrinkled and clean, and in good condition (no rips, tears, or frays regardless of whether accidental or fashionably placed).
Blue jeans are permitted.
Men’s shirts must have a collar and be tucked in.
Appropriate skirt length is from the knee to the ankle.
A tailored fit is required of all clothing.
Tank tops, halter tops tube tops, and spaghetti straps are prohibited.
Sleeveless shirts are permitted for females.
Bare midriffs are prohibited.
Dress sandals are permitted for females.
Flip flops are prohibited in all areas.
Tennis shoes are prohibited unless there is a business need (ie: Canyon Clean up, manual labor).
Hats are not permitted in the office.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) Or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in business or accounting; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in spreadsheet software.
