| | Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assigning tasks to employees relating to guests contracts.
Meet coordinator and make adjustments relating to guests needs.
Ensures quality service to conference or catering guests in accordance with the Sundance Service guidelines.
Assists in billing procedures and presents billing information to guest on completion of events.
Completes Captain's report properly.
Assists in cleanliness of buildings and kitchen spaces.
Assist Houseman in setup relating to guests contracts.
Checks Sundance vehicle to ensure cleanliness and follows Sundance Safety Vehicle guidelines.
Assist in arranging rooms according to contracts.
Assist bartender in bar setups and services as needed.
Assist will all server responsibilities as needed.
Employee will transport inventory to and from buildings and surrounding areas in relation to guest contract.
Employee will lift crates, furniture, decorations, AV equipment, cases of soda/drink, garbage, linen bags. Seeing room setups and decorations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Complete all applicable paperwork for the above responsibilities and submit to HR in a timely manner.
Position supervises 1-12 servers depending on the event size.
ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
Support and participate in environmental programs associated with position: minimizing waste, recycling, energy conservation, purchase and use of sustainable products, education on environmental ethic, support vendors with similar ethic, decrease pollution levels, minimize the use of toxic chemicals, restore wild life habitats.
DRESS CODE
Sundance recognizes the impact that our image has on the guest’s impression of the resort and the perception of our ability to provide professional service to our clientele. In order to best promote a positive, professional image that meets Sundance guest’s expectations, employees are required to dress in a professional, conservative fashion that is appropriate for their area. Please use the following as a minimum standard:
All aspects of the Personal Appearance policy (SPL#50) must be in compliance.
Servers are required to wear nametags at all times while on duty.
Clothing must be unwrinkled and clean, and in good condition (no rips, tears, or frays regardless of whether accidental or fashionably placed).
Tan or khaki dress pants, no cargo pants, or capris
Shirts must be tucked in.
A tailored fit is required of all clothing. No sagging pants.
Tank tops, halter tops, tube tops, and spaghetti straps are prohibited.
Uniform shirts provided by manager.
Black aprons to be worn while on the floor in front of guests.
Bare midriffs are prohibited.
Proper footwear for your department is required.
Black leather shoes, sneakers are prohibited while clocked in.
Flip flops are prohibited in all areas.
If your department allows baseball caps, they must be in good condition and have appropriate Sundance logos.
Failure to comply with the dress code policy or enforce dress code and personal appearance policies with their staff, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years service experience in a full service restaurant required.
Experienced in service of wine, liquors, and beer desired.
Prior experience with Micros, Aloha, or equivalent P.O.S. system desired.
TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current Food Handlers Permit
Current Alcohol Certification
Must possess a valid U.S. Drivers’ License in good standing as determined by Sundance’s Insurance Company guidelines.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
